What is this consultation about?

This is not a workshop but a conversation-based consultation. It is meant to help you navigate the Youthpass platform and address mainly technical questions, such as entering project details, adding participants, connecting learners, checking self‑assessments, and generating certificates in different languages. Depending on your questions, we can walk through the YP demo-version together, or you can share your screen so we can support you with your project.

Please be aware that the consultation is organised in English. If you need support in Dutch, please request for an individual consultation with at the end of the registration form. 

Target group

Dutch organisations and groups that have Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps projects awarded by the Dutch National Agency. For efficiency, the sessions are available for max 5 people.

Waar gaat dit adviesgesprek over?

Dit is geen workshop, maar een advies in de vorm van een gesprek. Het is bedoeld om je te helpen bij het navigeren op het Youthpass-platform en is vooral gericht op technische vragen, zoals het invoeren van projectgegevens, het toevoegen van deelnemers, het koppelen van deelnemers, het controleren van evaluaties en het genereren van certificaten in verschillende talen. Afhankelijk van jouw vragen kunnen we samen de demoversie van Youthpass doornemen, of kun je jouw scherm delen zodat we je bij jouw project kunnen helpen.

Het kan handig zijn om voorafgaand aan het adviesgesprek de Youthpass-demoversie te verkennen of te kijken of je al antwoorden op sommige van jouw vragen kunt vinden via: https://www.youthpass.eu/nl/help/faqs/ en https://demo.youthpass.eu/en/login/. 

Houd er rekening mee dat het adviesgesprek in het Engels is. Als je ondersteuning in het Nederlands nodig hebt, kun je aan het einde van het registratieformulier een individueel adviesgesprek aanvragen.

Doelgroep

Nederlandse organisaties en groepen die Erasmus+ Jeugd- en European Solidarity Corps projecten hebben toegekend gekregen door het Nederlands Nationaal Agentschap. De sessies zijn beschikbaar voor maximaal 5 personen.
